Q: Where does Ember Boutique ship to? A: We only ship within the United States of America. We are currently unable to process or ship orders to international addresses.
Q: Is shipping really free? A: Yes! We offer Free Economy Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Once shipped via Economy Shipping, delivery typically takes an additional [5-8] business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Q: Can I get my order faster? A: Currently, we only offer our Free Economy Shipping option. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
